**Job Purpose**

The Staff Nurse are the first level professional nurse in Athulya set up. Therefore, by their deed and appearance, they should always prove as professional. They are skilled nurses, giving expert care to patients or executing special technical duties in all the areas of the Athulya.

**Responsibilities & Deliverables**

1. To ensure delivery of patient care through implementation of prescribed medication and monitoring effects.

2. To provide nursing care to patients based on established clinical practice standards.

3. To collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.

4. To actively participate in programs for quality improvement in nursing practices.

5. To maintain positive interpersonal relations with subordinates & seniors.

6. To promote a safe environment for patients, visitors and coworkers including the implementation of infection control policies of the Athulya.

7. To perform the initial and reassessment of the patient within the defined time frame.

8. To give priority to emergency cases and to co-ordinate with the Medical Officers / respective department for the same.

9. To maintain appropriate departmental documentation.

10. To treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.

**Experience 1 to 6 **years total experience as nurse

**Competencies **Ability to understand people and situations.

Ability to provide people-centred care.

Ability to ensure and deliver high-quality nursing.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
