**Job Summary**:
The Clinical Facilitator will play a crucial role in enhancing patient engagement at Mohana Child Care Hospital. This position focuses on interacting with patients, assisting with app registration, explaining app features, and providing guidance on usage. The facilitator will be a vital link between the hospital and its patients, ensuring a smooth experience in accessing digital health services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction**: Greet and assist patients arriving at the hospital, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Feature Explanation**: Clearly explain the app’s features and benefits to patients, ensuring they understand how to utilize it effectively.
- **Technical Support**: Provide assistance in installing the app on patients' devices and troubleshoot basic issues.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather patient feedback regarding the app and relay suggestions for improvement to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare staff to ensure a seamless integration of technology into patient care.

**Required Skills**:

- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage and build rapport with patients and staff.
