**Position**: PPC (Production Planning and Controlling) Executive

**Location**: Plot No.304, HSIIDC Industrial Area, Refinery Road, Panipat Haryana-132140, India

**Reporting to**: Plant Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Scheduling**: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery of products.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with procurement, inventory, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and smooth production flow.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track daily production activities, analyze performance data, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of production schedules, materials usage, and finished goods inventory to support efficient production planning.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all production activities comply with industry standards, quality protocols, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **ERP Management**: Manage the production planning module in the ERP system, regularly updating and maintaining accurate production data.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales teams to forecast demand and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic industry.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices is a plus.
