This is a remote position.
- ** Develop & configure rating logic**
- Implement **rate tables**, **modifiers**, **coverage terms**, and **rate books** using Guidewire PolicyCenter's rating engines.
- Write and maintain **Gosu/Java code** for rating routines and algorithms.
- Collaborate with Product Model to map business rules into technical constructs.
- **Translate business requirements**
- Partner with **Business Analysts** and Product Owners to gather rating requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- **Testing and quality assurance**
- Create and execute **unit tests**, support **integration/UAT**, and perform rating-specific debugging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rating defects across development and production environments.
- **PolicyCenter configuration & enhancements**
- Configure **PolicyCenter components**: product model, rating engine, UI elements, batch processes, APIs, and integrations
- Enforce best practices, manage code reviews, and adhere to performance standards.
