*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Support:*
- Assist clients with setting up and managing their net banking accounts.
- Provide guidance on online banking features and tools related to real estate transactions.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues related to net banking in a timely manner.

2. *Transaction Management:*
- Oversee online transactions related to real estate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth processing of online real estate transactions.
- Monitor and report on transaction statuses and escalate any discrepancies or issues.

3. *Technical Assistance:*
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to net banking platforms.
- Liaise with the IT department to address system outages or bugs affecting real estate banking services.
- Provide training to clients and staff on using net banking systems effectively.

4. *Compliance and Security:*
- Ensure all net banking activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and address potential security risks or fraudulent activities in online transactions.
- Stay updated with the latest security protocols and implement them to protect client information.

5. *Administrative Support:*
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the real estate banking manager.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions related to net banking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
