**Accounts Officer**

**Key roles & responsibilities**:

- Bank Reconciliations on weekly basis. Monitoring Returns & Fund management
- Web Based payments (All in International Currency) (US$ is the main/base currency)
- Account Allocation in system (Allocating expense entries against payment entry)
- Travel Invoice, Re-naming Attachment Import File Verification (Crew List & Entity (Vessel) Code / Account Code in Journal Entry Posting
- Travel invoices which are not used/booking cancelled, should be recorded under Refund a/c for which Credit Note is expected. Refund bookings are done as per vessel (Entity) codes which needs to be reconciled on fortnightly (every 15 days) & follow up with travel agent to be done twice in a month.
- Registration & Analysis of Port Disbursement / Crew Manning Disb’s
- Registration & Analysis of Local Invoices
- Handling / Reconciling Inter-Companies

**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Com with 1 to 3 years of experience in similar position

**Skillsets Required**:

- Experience working on ERP software
- Verry good accounting knowledge
- Decent communication skills
- A good team player

**Job Location**:
Powai, Mumbai

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
