**Basic Qualification**:

- First class with Bachelor’s in Commerce from the following batches: AF (International Accounting and Finance) Accredited to ACCA, Corporate Finance (Integrated with US CPA), B.Com. Professional
- Minimum of 60% and above or equivalent CGPA across all academics.

**Competencies/Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Ability to work as an effective team player
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
- Client focused
- Ability to multitask.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**PCR Associate** provide timely, high quality client service with large and small companies in a variety of industries. They will develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand clients' businesses and challenges. Associates serve our clients by:

- Developing an understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related IFRS issues
- Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology and tools
- Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed - Identifying accounting and auditing issues; discussing with audit in-charge to solve issues that arise
- Assisting engagement team in preparation of audit reports, and management letters
- Ensuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm
- Working collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management in Canada on a daily basis
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients
- Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables
- Understanding RSM and RSM Delivery Center's line of business service offerings and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery
- Participating in a range of projects and open to collaborate and work with multiple teams; demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.
