We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual to serve as the **Chairman’s Personal Assistant**. This company is a leading women’s fashion clothing company renowned for its exquisite designs, impeccable quality, and commitment to empowering women through fashion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the Chairman's busy schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the Chairman.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee the smooth functioning of the Chairman's office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to address the Chairman's needs and requests.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Assist the Chairman with personal tasks as needed, such as making travel arrangements, handling personal finances, and managing household affairs.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense management is a plus.
