**Experience**: Fresher or 2-3 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹24,000 to ₹35,000 per month

**Qualification**: PG with B.Ed

**Gender**: Male or Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage academic programs, ensuring they align with curriculum standards and institutional goals.
- Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of academic schedules, examinations, and events.
- Provide academic guidance and support to both teachers and students.
- Monitor student progress and help develop academic strategies for improvement.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on academic performance.
- Support teachers with classroom management and teaching strategies.
- Organize professional development programs and workshops for faculty.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate qualification with a B.Ed (essential).
- Good knowledge of the education field and teaching methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage academic projects effectively.
- Passion for educational excellence and student success.

**Salary**: ₹24,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
