**Job Summary**

As an **Account Executive**, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. You will be responsible for Accounting knowledge in Multiple Software's, Microsoft Excel, Artificial Intelligence, ERP Software, GST.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Account Growth & Retention**: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop account management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- **Issue Resolution**: Act as the main escalation point for client concerns, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with business objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track account performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Contract & Renewal Management**: Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to optimize value for both clients and the company.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in account management.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
