**AUTOBAHN** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with in-depth knowledge of company, corporate, and labor law to join our legal team as freelancer and represent our firm in a crucial lawsuit. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is committed to upholding legal standards and protecting the interests of our organization.

**Position**: Lawyer (Company, Corporate, and Labor Law)

**Responsibilities**:
**Litigation Strategy**: Develop a comprehensive legal strategy for the pending lawsuit, considering the complexities of company, corporate, and labor law to ensure the best possible outcome for our organization.

**Case Management**: Handle all aspects of the lawsuit, including drafting legal pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as conducting legal research to support our position in the case.

**Representation in Court**: Represent our company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal meetings, advocating effectively on our behalf.

**Legal Compliance**: Provide expert guidance on corporate governance, labor regulations, and other relevant legal matters to ensure our company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Risk Assessment**: Identify potential legal risks and offer proactive solutions to mitigate them, safeguarding our company's interests and reputation.

**Contract Review**: Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts to ensure they are legally sound and protect our rights and interests.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the management team and HR department, to provide legal advice and support as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: A law degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law.
**Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling complex litigation related to company, corporate, and labor law matters. Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and relevant legal principles.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate legal arguments and interact with internal and external parties effectively.
**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess legal situations and devise strategic solutions.
**Attention to Detail**:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and contracts.
**Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
**Integrity**: Demonstrated ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Additional**:
**Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**
**1. Contract Review and Drafting**:
1.1. Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client agreements, and partnership agreements.
1.2. Conduct legal research and draft legal notices and other legal documents as required.

**2. Compliance and Regulatory Support**:
2.1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws, intellectual property laws, and competition laws.
2.2. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
2.3. Provide guidance on legal issues, including employment law, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

**3. Contract Management and Database Maintenance**:
3.1. Manage contract databases, ensuring that all contracts are up to date and accurately recorded.
3.2. Monitor contract milestones, renewals, and termination dates.
3.3. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and HR, to ensure legal requirements are met.

**4. Legal Research and Support**:
4.1. Conduct legal research on various topics to support the team.
4.2. Provide support to the in-house team as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
