Marketing Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. School Visits:

- Plan and execute regular visits to schools within the designated area to promote Mayil Academy's programs and services.
- Conduct presentations and discussions with school administrators, teachers, and counselors to introduce Mayil Academy's educational offerings.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key personnel at schools to facilitate collaboration and partnership opportunities.

2. Daily Reporting:

- Compile comprehensive daily reports detailing activities, interactions, and outcomes of school visits and other marketing efforts.
- Document feedback received from school staff and students to inform future marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with the marketing team to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing activities.

3. Student Communication:

- Engage directly with students to provide information about Mayil Academy's programs, admission processes, and extracurricular activities.
- Address inquiries from students regarding curriculum, facilities, and opportunities available at Mayil Academy.
- Serve as a liaison between prospective students and the admissions department, facilitating communication and assisting in the enrollment process as needed.

4. Event Participation:

- Participate in relevant events such as education fairs, workshops, and community gatherings to promote Mayil Academy and its offerings.
- Represent Mayil Academy professionally and effectively communicate its unique value proposition to event attendees.
- Gather leads and contacts from events and follow up with them in a timely manner to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.

5. Marketing Material Distribution:

- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to schools, educational centers, and other relevant locations within the target area.
- Ensure that marketing materials are strategically placed and regularly replenished to maintain visibility and impact.

6. Market Research:

- Stay updated on trends and developments in the education sector, particularly in the target market area.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement in Mayil Academy's marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

7. Administrative Tasks:

- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as maintaining databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience.

8. Professional Development:

- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through participation in relevant training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay abreast of best practices in marketing and sales techniques, particularly within the education sector, to maintain a competitive edge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,939.06 - ₹33,769.35 per month

Schedule:
