**Job Description: PDI Executive (Pre-Delivery Inspection) - Mahindra Cars**

**Position Title**: PDI Executive
**Department**: Service
**Location**: IRBA, Ormanjhi
**Reports To**: PDI Supervisor/Service Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pre-Delivery Inspection**:

- Conduct thorough inspection of vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Check for any mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues and rectify them as per guidelines.
- Verify all vehicle functionalities such as lights, wipers, brakes, AC, and infotainment systems.
- **Documentation**:

- Ensure all necessary documents, such as warranty cards, owner’s manuals, and vehicle registration documents, are complete and handed over to the customer.
- Maintain accurate records of all PDI activities and findings.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with service technicians to resolve any identified issues in vehicles before delivery.
- Communicate with the sales team to update the status of vehicles ready for delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all vehicles meet Mahindra's quality standards before delivery.
- Check for compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Assist in ensuring vehicles are delivered in pristine condition, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to the delivery team if required.
- **Maintenance & Housekeeping**:

- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of vehicles in the delivery area.
- Adhere to workshop safety protocols and maintain tools/equipment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in automobile engineering or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the automobile industry or similar role (PDI/quality inspection).
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- **Behavioral Competencies**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Percentage of vehicles cleared for delivery without post-delivery issues.
- Timeliness in completing inspections.
- Customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
