- **Program Development**: Designing and evaluating preschool curricula to ensure they meet educational standards and children's developmental needs.
- **Staff Management**: Recruiting, training, and supervising teachers and support staff.
- **Student Assessment**: Identifying educational opportunities for preschoolers through assessments and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensuring the preschool environment adheres to safety regulations and educational policies.
- **Parent & Community Engagement**: Communicating with families and collaborating with community organizations to support early childhood education.
