Maps**WordPress Backend Developer**

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Backend Developer with expertise in various aspects of WordPress development, including theme development, payment gateway and API integration, plugin development, advanced custom field implementation, customization of themes, and proficiency in PHP and Shopify.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and websites.
- Integrate payment gateways and third-party APIs into WordPress websites.
- Develop and enhance WordPress plugins to extend the functionality of websites.
- Implement advanced custom fields and custom field development as per project requirements.
- Customize themes and create bespoke designs based on client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement RESTful architecture principles and best practices in WordPress development.
- Utilize JavaScript ES6, React, Node.js, and Meteor for front-end and back-end development tasks.
- Work with MongoDB to manage and manipulate database operations.
- Employ CSS pre-processors (LESS and SASS) to enhance website styling and responsiveness.
- Contribute to open source projects, participate in code reviews, and maintain version control using Git.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
