**Senior Finance Controller:

- **
- Execute the financial strategy of the company
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
- Ensuring company adheres to all Statutory compliances in a timely manner
- Creating tax strategies to reduce statutory obligations
- Undertake detailed Costing & Pricing Analysis across all product lines. Develop pricing models for different revenue channels.
- Keep control over the P&L from different revenue channels like website, stores & marketplaces. Prepare projections & report deviation from the projections to the management every month.
- Identify avenues for maximising revenue and minimising costs to protect margins. Optimise processes to reduce inefficiencies & wastage.
- Ensure there is full control over the cash flow & raise any flags on shortfall in projected cashflows.
- Assessing working capital gap for the year & identifying means of financing the same.
- Preparing CMAs to be submitted to banks if required.
- preparation of monthly and annual financial plans — forecasting, budgeting & cash flow planning. Reporting of budgets vs actuals on a monthly basis.
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner to the top management
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional accounting degree - CA (must)
- 7+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position & displayed ability to handle a team
- Relevant experience working in the e-commerce sector & strong understanding on functioning of manufacturing units
- Prior Knowledge of up reconciliation processes for website & marketplaces will be a big plus.
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Advanced aptitude for data analysis with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in assessment of compliance / legal matters
- Must have - Prior experience in raising funds (equity & debt), handling due diligence for fund raising, arranging secured/unsecured funding from banks/NBFCs etc.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
