**Job Title: Architect - Residential Redevelopment**

**Location**: Pune Station

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Planning**:

- Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings for residential redevelopment projects.
- Ensure designs comply with DCR, local bylaws, and zoning requirements.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for redevelopment potential.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all stages from concept to execution.
- **Tender & Documentation**:

- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation including BOQs, specifications, and working drawings.
- Assist in the evaluation of contractor bids and support the selection process.
- **Client Interaction & Presentation**:

- Develop visually compelling presentations for clients, societies, and developers.
- Lead client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
- **Execution Support**:

- Provide design clarifications and support during construction phase.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in residential/redevelopment projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of local redevelopment regulations and processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
