
Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to primary school teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure the effective implementation of the primary curriculum and instructional programs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and review curriculum materials, instructional resources, and assessment tools that align with curriculum standards and best practices in primary education.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and support to teachers to enhance their teaching practices, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques.
- Coordinate and facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and peer learning opportunities to support teacher growth and development in areas such as differentiated instruction, assessment for learning, and literacy development.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to analyze student performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address student learning needs and enhance academic outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity, promotes student engagement, and supports the social-emotional development and well-being of all students.
- Work closely with parents/guardians to build strong partnerships and communication channels, providing regular updates on student progress, school events, and academic programs.
- Coordinate and oversee primary school events, activities, and initiatives, such as assemblies, field trips, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular programs.
- Manage administrative tasks related to primary school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and student enrollment.
- Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in primary education, and incorporate innovative approaches and strategies into the school's instructional programs and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification/license in Primary Education or relevant area.
- Previous experience teaching in the primary grades and demonstrated success in instructional leadership and curriculum development.
- Strong knowledge of primary curriculum standards, pedagogical approaches, and assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use evidence-based practices to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating professional development activities and supporting teacher growth and development.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
