**Job Purpose**:
The Greeter/Floor Coordinator at Patel Jewellers plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers. They are responsible for greeting customers, directing them to appropriate areas, and supporting floor operations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Greeting and Assistance**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide information about store promotions, events, and product offerings.
- Direct customers to specific areas or sales associates based on their needs.

2. **Floor Coordination and Support**:

- Assist the Floor Manager in coordinating activities and tasks on the sales floor.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to daily schedules and task assignments.
- Support sales associates in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

3. **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service levels and intervene as needed to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales associates to resolve customer concerns and provide assistance as required.

4. **Operational Support**:

- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting in replenishment efforts.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among team members.
- Communicate effectively with sales associates and management to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and operational efficiency.

6. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on observations and customer interactions.
