**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1.Vendor Account balance and statement to be obtained on regular basis over a period and reconcile balance.

2.Obtain balance confirmation letters from a set of retailers on a quarterly basis which will help us during the audits also.

3.Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities, Investigate all transactions in order to prevent fraud

4.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)

5.Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in nature

Should be competent and possess the right skills, abilities, experience, and knowledge.
- Possess knowledge of general accounting principles and workings of the banking systems
