**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Follow up of quotation and getting sales order.
- Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
- Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
- Taking part in team meetings.
- Revival of old customers.

**Skills And Qualifications**:

- Graduate(preferred).
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to negotiate.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
