JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MIS Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather data from various sources within the organisation and generate reports, dashboards, and insights to assist in decision-making
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create and maintain regular MIS reports for management and other stakeholders also ensure data accuracy and completeness through validation processes
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity.Communicate findings and insights effectively to various teams and management,
- Develop data storage and retrieval systems for quick access.
- Utilise advanced Excel functions and VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and suggest improvements.
- Provide training, support to colleagues on Excel ,address queries and assist in data-related issues.

**Technical Requirement**:

- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and Excel expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools and business intelligence software is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- High level of confidentiality and data security awareness.google

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, IT) preferred.
- Any Graduation degree with proven relevant experience.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
