Job Title: System Admin
Experience: Fresher - 6 months

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Having Basic Knowledge of Computer hardware/networking

Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring that tasks are assigned, completed on time, and meet quality standards

Assist customers/employees with their hardware/networking needs, providing technical suggestions, troubleshooting assistance, and product recommendations

Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have a solid understanding of computer hardware/networking principles and customer service practices.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing training programs as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized floor, ensuring that system tools are properly displayed, labelled, and stocked.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a graduate degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Knowledge of computer hardware/networking or a strong interest in the field is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, team members
- Quick learner, able to grasp technical concepts and adapt to changing technologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
