**RequirementsQualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience designing hospitality, retail, office, residential, and commercial projects, including high-end restaurants.
- Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in shop drawings for stone and tiling—floor & wall tiling, kitchen countertops, reception desks, backsplashes, stairs, and landscape features.
- Strong understanding of materials and finishes (wood, laminate, metal, plastics, fabric, stone, tiles, solid surfaces) and their interfacing, transitioning, and termination details.
