**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in ideating and Implementing new Campaigns, refining/ optimizing existing campaigns for achievement of goals.
- Providing actionable consumer insights to business units through results of campaigns done.
- Ensure tracking mechanism implementation, as well as tracking of campaigns, for assigned businesses.
- Ensuring accurate campaign calendaring, monitoring timely execution of campaigns.
- Evaluate new processes/ tools for enhancing campaign experience and onboarding new technologies/ platform.
- Prepare and present reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Analyze performance data, identify patterns and plan for scaling the campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Over 2+ years of experience in Marketing with special focus on online/ digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- In-Depth Knowledge and experience of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- End-to-end campaign execution experience, B2B/B2C product marketing experience preferred.
