**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate **foundation models** (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.).
- Implement **prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)**, and **vector database integrations** (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
- Develop scalable **ML pipelines** using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Product, Cloud/DevOps) to integrate AI into production systems.
- Conduct **A/B testing, performance benchmarking, and model validation** to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in AI/ML development.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **6+ years of experience** in AI/ML development, with at least **2+ years working on LLMs/NLP**.
- Strong expertise in **Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers**.
- Experience with **fine-tuning, transfer learning, LoRA/PEFT, and RAG pipelines**.
- Hands-on experience with **vector databases** (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Solid knowledge of **MLOps tools** (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Proficiency in **cloud platforms** (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Strong understanding of **data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation**.
- Experience with **REST APIs, microservices, and AI system integration**.

**Good to Have (Preferred Skills)**:

- Knowledge of **multimodal models** (text + image, speech, video).
- Experience in **reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF)**.
- Familiarity with **LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks**.
- Contribution to **AI/ML open-source projects** or research publications.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
