**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Design and execute 3D animations, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating characters, props, and environments.
- Create high-quality animations for promotional videos, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Develop digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Edit videos for various purposes, such as promotions and instructional content.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation, rendering, or asset management.
- Utilize keyframe animation, motion capture, and compositing tools to enhance realism and impact.
- Participate in pre-production planning, including storyboarding and concept development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure innovative outputs.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in 3D animation software like Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, and motion capture techniques.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of compositing software like Nuke or Fusion and basic 3D modeling tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing visually captivating designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and photography is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media design requirements and brand consistency.

Pay: ₹12,060.18 - ₹40,505.36 per month
