We at Spearmint Technologies are seeking a Talented SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization activities with a strong emphasis on experience in lead generation for IT-based companies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic. You will collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to implement effective SEO and PPC strategies, ensuring the growth of organic and paid search performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and create SEO-optimized content strategies.

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive targeted traffic and lead generation.

Analyze website traffic and paid campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.

Optimize website content (meta tags, descriptions, headers, URLs) to improve organic visibility and paid performance.

Perform SEO audits and provide actionable insights

Stay updated with the latest SEO and PPC trends, industry updates, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of SEO and PPC experience, with a focus on lead generation for IT-based companies.

Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
