Subject - Retail Store Alterations Fashion Designer

Job Overview: We are hiring a skilled and creative Fashion Designer to handle alterations for our retail store orders. As the Fashion Designer specializing in alterations, you will be responsible for modifying and tailoring garments to ensure a perfect fit and exceptional quality. Your attention to detail and expertise will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales and customers to understand alteration requirements.
- Assess and modify garments, maintaining their original design integrity.
- Utilize various techniques such as sewing, cutting, and draping.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and alteration methods.
- Coordinate with other designers and staff for seamless execution.
- Provide professional guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fashion design with a focus on alterations.
- Proficiency in sewing, draping, patternmaking, and garment construction.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.53 per month
