The Motion Graphic Designer will closely work with clients, project managers, and the design team to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional visual designs that meet or exceed client expectations. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking only for immediate joiners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all design work, ensuring that our brand identity is communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with the company's goals and messaging.
- Use design to tell compelling stories, conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering the target audience and market trends.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Ensure all designs are of high quality, pixel-perfect, and ready for various mediums and formats.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphic design or equivalent agency experience preferred.
- 3+ years of professional motion graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD).
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Relevant skills:
Brand Design, Branding, Graphic Design, Typography, and User Experience (UX), Market Research, Marketing Campaigns, B2B, User Behavior, Design thinking, Time Management, Digital and print media.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
