**About the Role**

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused **Tele Sales Executive** to promote and sell our domestic & international tour packages. The role requires strong communication, convincing skills, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages effectively.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful bookings.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with sales/operations teams for booking confirmation and customer support.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/Graduation.
- **Experience in Tele Sales will be an added advantage** (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
