**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.1811 or later), Citrix NetScaler, PVS, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning and Citrix Workspace.
- Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products.
- Should have good understanding and work experience on Provisioning services.
- Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix and Virtualization operational support.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in trouble-shooting Citrix issues in tandem with Application/Windows Operating system issues.
- Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix infrastructure patch management for multiple platforms.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 5 to 6 years’ experience in Citrix XenApp & Provisioning services work.
- Familiarity with scripting language such as Shell/Phyton.
- Familiarity with XenApp CVAD 1912 MC/DG/DDC/Storefront, Application virtualization, netscaler.
- Familiarity with Windows/Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge base of XenApp/PVS/Storefront/packaging (VdiskCreation/Managing/Troubleshooting).
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- At least 5 to 6 years’ experience in Citrix XenApp & Provisioning services work.
