**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Develop and update curriculum content in alignment with CBSE guidelines for Chemistry, Physics, Botany, and Zoology.
Design lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

**Classroom Instruction**:Deliver effective and engaging lectures, practical sessions, and demonstrations in Chemistry, Physics, Botany, and Zoology.
Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for scientific inquiry among students.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:Conduct regular assessments, examinations, and practical examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents/guardians.

**Student Engagement**:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and collaborative learning.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, science fairs, and field trips to enhance students' overall development.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of Chemistry, Physics, Botany, and Zoology education.
Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Parental Communication**:Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and overall development.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues and other faculty members to contribute to the overall development of the school's academic programs.
Participate in staff meetings, committees, and other school-related activities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching senior secondary classes, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and commitment to the holistic development of students.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (required)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
