**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- The Information Security Advisor is a support role to the client. This role engages with the client, auditors, and the delivery environment. Client expectation is to have a counterpart with security skills to drive issues and to be used as an escalation point for security matters. The Information Security Advisor will be the single point of contact for the client and Kyndryl. The role is needed to protect Kyndryl and the Client from security threats and risks.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Ability to develop and articulate plans and guidelines to drive change within an organisation.
- Experienced understanding of Service Management
- Ability to assist others in developing their understanding of controls programs, business processes, tools and policies.
- Have acquired a level of education/certification in a security, audit or compliance discipline.
- Proactive in identifying problem areas and driving resolution or remediation in related parts of an organisation.
- Current understanding of compliance approach and the latest technical advances in related areas.
- Possess a high degree of analytical capability and creativity.

- Possesses strong project management skills and ability to plan and lead multiple programs.
- Current understanding of audit approach and the latest technical advances in related areas.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Ability to use office productivity tools to analyse large amounts of information.
- Server Operating System (specialising in at least one platform)
- Network Transport protocol
- LAN / WAN conceptual knowledgeGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective written, oral and group communication skills and an understanding of how to achieve outcomes within a large organisation.
- Writing communication skills to produce work instructions, programs and procedures.
- Reliable, driver, task owner and an autonomous self-starter
- Presentation skills
- Recognised leadership skills.
