**CORRAZONE**

We are looking for a Caretaker is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the institution’s facilities. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, security, and ensuring the environment is safe and welcoming for all users. The caretaker will work closely with other staff members to support the daily operations of the institution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of Cleaning and Maintenance
- Safety and Security
- Event Support
- Grounds keeping
- Emergency Response
- Communication
- Driving

**Conditions of Job**:

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Should drive cars and bikes
