**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**: Create, update, and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, comprehensive, and appealing.
- **Content Optimization**: Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure product availability across all channels.
- **Quality Assurance**: Regularly review product listings for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and optimize product listings accordingly.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and inventory teams to gather necessary information and assets for product listings.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze product performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Customer Feedback**: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns and making necessary adjustments to product listings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the gifting industry and trends is a plus.
