**Designation: Site Operation Supervisor**

Reporting To: Director - Operations

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Education/Qualification: Graduate
- Prior experience of 2-3 years in Solid Waste Management.
- Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic MS- Office.
- E-Mail and letter drafting.
- Language Known: Local, Hindi, English

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle operations and maintenance of all equipment in the material recovery facility.
- Supervising and training of employees
- Planning and executing departmental budgets.
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
- Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
- Evaluating and reporting on operation metrics to management.
- Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
- Improving the work environment and operations of the department
- Act as main operations point of contact with client.

Location: Kochi, Kerala

**Salary**: ₹ 25,000 per month

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
