**ey Responsibilities**:
**1. Classroom Teaching**:
Deliver engaging English language lessons, covering grammar, literature, comprehension, and composition.

Explain complex concepts in English in a way that is accessible and understandable for all students.

**2. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development**:
Develop detailed lesson plans and materials that align with the syllabus and curriculum requirements.

Use innovative teaching methods and tools, such as audio-visual aids, to enhance language learning.

**3. Assessment & Evaluation**:
Create assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess students' progress and understanding.

Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular assessments to help students improve.

**4. Classroom Management**:
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Address students' individual needs and provide additional support as needed.

**5. Student Engagement & Motivation**:
Encourage active participation and interest in English language and literature.

Engage students in discussions, debates, and creative writing exercises to improve their language skills.

**6. Record Keeping & Reporting**:
Maintain records of students’ performance, attendance, and progress.Communicate with parents about students' academic and behavioral progress when necessary.

**7. Professional Development**:
Stay updated with new teaching methods, technology, and advancements in Hindi language and literature.

Attend training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs when required.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
Proficiency in English language and literature.

Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and linguistics.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment.

**Qualifications**:
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.

TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) or CTET certification (in many cases, especially for government schools).

This role is ideal for those passionate about teaching and committed to nurturing a love for English language and literature among students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
