**Job Summary**:
As a Career Counselor specializing in Overseas Education for Australia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive career guidance and counseling to students aspiring to pursue higher education in Australia. This role involves understanding individual student needs, staying updated on Australian education systems, and facilitating a seamless transition for students into Australian universities and institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Counseling**:

- Assessment of the academic documents to understand the student’s academic and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about study opportunities in Australia, including courses, institutions, and admission requirements.

2. **Education Pathway Planning**:

- Assist students in identifying suitable academic pathways based on their interests, skills, and career objectives.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and institutions in Australia to ensure accurate information about programs and courses.
- Stay informed about changes in Australian immigration policies and educational regulations affecting international students.

3. **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with Australian educational institutions, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders.
- Attend education fairs, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on educational trends and opportunities in Australia.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in career counseling, particularly in overseas education, with a focus on Australia.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, universities, and vocational institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
