**Job Title**: Steel Foreman
**Location**: Chennai (Project Site Based)
**Company**: Noel Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.
**Experience**: Minimum 10 Years (mandatory)
**Industry**: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel, Industrial & Infrastructure Projects
Language Requirement: _**Hindi speaking is mandatory**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage steel structure fabrication, welding, fitting, and erection work at the site.
- Ensure all activities are performed as per approved structural drawings and project specifications.
- Lead and coordinate a team of fitters, welders, helpers, and riggers for daily work execution.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities, report progress, and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper usage of lifting equipment and construction tools.
- Coordinate with site engineers and store in-charge for material and manpower needs.
- Maintain quality control, avoid material wastage, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural steel / PEB erection and site supervision.
- Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication and erection drawings.
- Proven leadership skills to manage labor teams and execute work within deadlines.
- Good knowledge of bolting, welding, lifting techniques, and site safety practices.
- Must be physically fit and willing to work at construction sites.
- **Hindi speaking is compulsory**, Tamil knowledge is an added advantage.

**Preferred Background**:

- Prior experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure steel projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of structural components, layout marking, and alignment checks.
