Job Title: Junior Resident (JR)
Reports To: Senior Residents, Attending Physicians
Location: Delhi / NCR
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational shifts, On-call duties
Job Summary:
The Junior Resident (JR) is a medical professional in the early stages of residency training. The role involves direct patient care, assisting in medical procedures, and participating in educational activities. JR works under supervision to gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing patient care while continuing medical education.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Assist in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring. Perform basic procedures under supervision.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior residents, attending physicians, and healthcare teams. Participate in rounds and case discussions.
Documentation: Write medical orders, update patient records, and ensure accurate documentation.
Education: Attend educational sessions, participate in conferences, and engage in self-directed learning.
On-Call: Provide on-call coverage and assist in emergency care as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Medical degree MBBS.
Skills: Knowledge of clinical practices, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Certifications: Medical licensure, BLS/ACLS certification (as required).
Working Conditions:
Hours: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Work Location: In person
