**Job Title**:_ **Graphic Designer - Real Estate**_

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design and Production**:

- Develop property listing presentations, offering memorandums, and other sales materials.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and standards.

**2. Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and promotional strategies.

**3. Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain a library of design assets and templates for efficient workflow.

**4. Photography and Videography**:

- Rarely assist with property photo shoots and video tours.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality and appeal.
- Integrate multimedia elements into design projects as needed.

**5. Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving design and marketing strategies.

**6. Quality Assurance**:

- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.

**7. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), knows to use Canva
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus or a website Builder like Wix or Wordpress
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora).

**8. Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients for feedback and approval.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and addressing any concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
