Full Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Pso Will be overall in charge of security for respective Client site and ensure its smooth functioning.
- Will report directly to Security manager for all matters of security and personal matters of security persons and follow his instructions.
- Will perform duty in general shift. He will ensure that Site Instructions are followed strictly.
- Will ensure his subordinates perform their duty in full spirit as per their duty chart and deviations/ Noncompliance if any, should be brought to the knowledge of Security manager.
- Will be responsible for total Discipline, Turnout and conduct of all security personnel in the premises
- Will be responsible for the safety and security of all the properties /assets of this company
- Will be responsible for managing the movement of employees, clients, Visitors, Material, and vehicles on site
- To Ensure key management and inventory management which has been entrusted to security department.
- Will always be responsible to maintain all Security and Safety equipment in working condition at all times.
- Ensure that only authorized persons enter the premises after undergoing required frisking and checks.
- Ensure that all Contractors, Vendors and third party employees are checked / Frisked thoroughly during Entry and Exit.
- Ensure that proper patrolling is done within the premises and appropriate documents are maintained.
- Must report to ASSIGNMENT MANAGER and SITE SECURITY LEAD immediately if there is any breach in security procedures/ operations.
- Will be responsible to submit all Reports to SECURITY ASSIGNMENT MANAGER and SITE SECURITY LEAD as per the schedule.
- Will check the mails on daily basis and close the same or escalate to SECURITY ASSIGNMENT MANAGER and SITE SECURITY LEAD.
- Maintain all the security documents and registers as per Audit standard.
- Will go around the premises daily and bring the observations to the knowledge of SECURITY ASSIGNMENT MANAGER and SITE SECURITY LEAD.
- Will manage the Leave / OFF of all his subordinates with concurrence of SECURITY ASSIGNMENT MANAGER and document it.
- Will make note of all Non-Compliance/ Non performances of his subordinates and submit to SECURITY ASSIGNMENT MANAGER and SITE SECURITY LEAD.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
