Quality Inspector

**Position: Quality Inspector**

**Location: Bhiwadi RJ**

**Department: Quality Assurance**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met from the PT line to dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Quality Control**:

- Perform detailed inspections of products on the PT line through to dispatch.
- Conduct visual and measurement tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Monitor and verify the powder coating and painting process on a conveyor system line.
- Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and report them to the relevant departments.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production process.
- Monitor the entire process from pre-treatment, powder coating, curing, to final inspection.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests conducted.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Update and maintain quality control logs and databases.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Assist in training production staff on quality standards and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- ITI/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers or 6 months experience in quality inspection, specifically in powder coating and painting on a conveyor system line.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
