Admission Counsellor

**Position Overview**:
The Counsellor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and clients, promoting the services of Miracle IT Career Academy, and addressing inquiries effectively to convert leads into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and inform them about Miracle IT Career Academy's courses and programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about admission processes, course offerings, and other details.
- Maintain a database of contacts and update records with details of interactions and outcomes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive image of the academy.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Counsellor, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.25 per month
