They also act as a role model, communicate with parents, and collaborate with other educators. Key Responsibilities:

- **Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment**:Ensuring the classroom is clean, organized, and free from hazards, while also fostering a sense of security and comfort for young children.
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- **Social and Emotional Development**:Helping children develop social skills, build self-esteem, and learn to manage their emotions through interactive play and activities.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress and development, and collaborating with other educators to implement a comprehensive learning plan.
- **Classroom Management**:Establishing and enforcing classroom rules and routines, managing student behavior, and ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
- **Observation and Assessment**:Observing children's individual learning styles, progress, and needs, and adapting teaching methods to meet those needs.
- **Role Modeling**:Serving as a positive role model for children, demonstrating good behavior, and promoting positive attitudes towards learning.
- **Promoting Physical and Intellectual Development**:Providing opportunities for children to engage in physical activities, explore their creativity, and develop their cognitive skills through play and learning activities.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
