Basic Duties:

- Create job description templates for various profiles using internet data
- Post jobs on various job search boards
- Find new free and paid job boards
- Take basic profile interviews (training will be given)
- Keep data up-to-date in Zoho

Recruiting duties:

- Digital Marketing, Accounts, Sales, MIS, Back office, Customer Relations.
- Should be closing multiple roles of each role. We will be having 100+ positions to fill in 6 months.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Assess applicants’ relevant skills, qualification and experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
