- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information related to automobile and bike services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain documentation and records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

**Job Details**:

- **Week Off**: Sunday fixed off
- **Age Limit**: Maximum 27 years

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO Customer Support experience (on papers).
- Ability to work efficiently in a semi-voice process environment.
