**Role Overview**

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the operational excellence of our organization while gaining hands-on experience in retail industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**: Process, monitor, and track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining and updating inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management.
- **Process Optimization**: Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- **Customer Support**: Address operational queries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing daily/weekly operational reports and analyze data to identify trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
