**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and carousels using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Schedule posts and manage community engagement (comments, DMs, and queries).
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to optimize content.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare reports.
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (basic knowledge of Meta & Google Ads is a plus).
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- **3 to 6 months** of experience in social media management.
- Hands-on experience with tools like **Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer**.
- Knowledge of **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms**.
- Strong writing skills for captions, posts, and engagement.
- Basic understanding of paid promotions & analytics tools.
- Creativity and ability to create visually appealing content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- **Internship experience** in a digital marketing or social media role.
- Experience in influencer collaboration or community building is a plus.

**Having laptop is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
